Welcome to The Health Foundation of Central Massachusetts
The mission of The Health Foundation is to use our resources to improve the health of those who live or work in the Central Massachusetts region, with particular emphasis on vulnerable populations and unmet needs.
Our Service Area
Our service area is comprised of the 60 cities and towns that make up Worcester County and 21 contiguous communities, for a total of 81 communities.
