Juli True Dooley, MBA, Director of Programs

Juli joins the Foundation after spending over 10 years in the Central Massachusetts nonprofit sector. Most recently, she served as the Senior Vice President of Advancement & Communications at Edward M. Kennedy Community Health Center, a Federally Qualified Health Center serving 35,000 individuals of all ages across Central and MetroWest Massachusetts. In her 8 years with the Health Center, she oversaw and grew its fundraising strategy, including grants, individual giving, fundraising events, and corporate sponsorships. In addition, she led the Health Center’s marketing, communications, and community relations efforts.

Juli was named one of Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian Studies, Women’s Studies, and Studio Art from Wheaton College, and her Master’s in Business Administration from Babson College. She also earned a Certificate in Community Health and Community Health Leadership from the Moakley Center for Public Health Management at Suffolk University.
