
Juli True Dooley serves as Director of Programs at The Health Foundation, where she helps develop and implement the Foundation’s strategic grantmaking agenda and evaluate its impact across Central Massachusetts. In this role, she manages grantmaking programs and application processes; supports grantees through technical assistance, learning opportunities, and convenings; and works closely with grantees, community partners, and peer funders to advance health equity through collaborative problem-solving and stakeholder engagement. Juli brings more than 10 years of experience in the Central Massachusetts nonprofit sector, including prior advancement, development, communications, fundraising, and community relations leadership at a Federally Qualified Health Center serving Central and MetroWest Massachusetts.
Juli was named one of Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 in 2025. She earned a Bachelor of Arts from Wheaton College, Massachusetts, a Master of Business Administration from Babson College, and a Certificate in Community Health and Community Health Leadership from the Moakley Center for Public Health Management at Suffolk University.
